I used this in a rollator (a rolling cart for the infirm), by purchasing the accessory mount for a stroller, and mounting that onto the cart. This combination has worked in 60 MPH winds without problems, and the umbrella size and handle length is large enough that neither the person nor the cart gets wet. Plus, the mount is very sturdy and adjustable for wind direction (it looks like a deep sea fishing pole holder). Don’t be put off by the Baby name. This is about the size of an extra large golf umbrella, and golfing buddies at work want one!
My only complaint is that the tip at the top of the umbrella is cheap plastic so it broke at the end, and it sticks a little when putting it up or down due to a rough spot on the fiberglass shaft. It also likes to partly open by itself unless the velcro straps (2 sets) are used, due to a cheap hook. Otherwise, it cannot be damaged by high wind.
